Every Cancer Basemap release available now, read live from R2 and Hugging Face. Expand one for its tables, file sizes, row counts and download links.

• latest/ and the dated folders (v{YYYY-MM-DD}/, the newest of each of the last 12 months) are for querying in place: attach their cancerbasemap.duckdb or read_parquet a file. restore.sql builds a local copy (duckdb cancerbasemap-local.duckdb < restore.sql).
• Hugging Face tags (YYYY-MM-DD) hold every release permanently. Download one with hf download, then query it locally, and cite the tag. See Versions and citation.
