South Central Connecticut Planning Region (09170) is the default — Connecticut’s PLACES rows use 2022-vintage planning-region FIPS even though PLACES tags them geo_vintage=2020 (see Concepts › Time axes and cancer-basemap#21). Try 08031 (Denver County, CO) for an ordinary county.
