What changed across State Cancer Profiles vintages

Stub. State Cancer Profiles’ V1, V2, and V3 are all landed raw (raw.scp__incidence/mortality/risk), but only V3 is derived into measure.observation — deriving V1/V2 too, so this page can diff a real vintage-over-vintage change, is tracked in cancer-basemap#117. Once that lands, this page will run the same “diff two releases” pattern as What changed between PLACES 2024 and 2025, scoped to SCP’s own vintages instead.
